a skirmish at the end of the old world

God killed himself.
His blood poisoned the earth.

Morsdei is a skirmish game in development. You command a warband in a world that survived God's suicide. In 1204, people watched him tear open his own chest. His blood entered rivers, soil and living bodies, while pieces of impossible anatomy struck cities and seas. The Fall erased roads and much of the inhabited world. Survivors built settlements around divine remains, using bone as shelter and resource. For 144 years the corpse did not decay. In 1348 it began to rot. The changed blood carried the Great Plague through water and flesh. Around eighty percent of humanity died; survivors became infertile; settlements were isolated by poisoned ground and altered creatures. Morsdei begins after both endings of the old world. People need medicine, tools and contact beyond the walls, so they send small warbands where armies are too costly to replace. On the table, the game follows fighters through alternating activations, dangerous terrain and objectives that demand unpleasant choices. It is miniature-agnostic: build a warband from archetypes, traits and equipment, then represent it with models of your own. The rules are still being tested; the world, tone and central conflict are already established.
